Website first, App next...
We've launched our basic front-facing website, to announce our app development which is now taking place. Feel free to use our details here to get in touch to discuss our project, how we could collaborate, or things we can learn from you.
Today I've put together this very basic website, really just quick and dirty. And it may not get much love while I'm developing the app to come, but at least the project is announced so that adds a little bit of healthy pressure. In the meantime I hope that if there's something you'd like to reach out to us to discuss, that you'll take the opportunity to get in touch via this website and/or LinkedIn.
Anyone who is looking to volunteer in response to recent natural disasters, but is finding the process to volunteer cumbersome, we want to hear from you! We want to take into consideration all relevant experience, not only our own. I'm approaching the app development with forward planning towards how functionality within the app can assist with clearing out blockers to allow more volunteers from more walks of life to contribute to the effort to help clean-up, offer relief and help to rebuild where natural disaster has struck.
